Rental Agreement Terms

1. Customer acknowledges that they have care, custody, and control of Gulf Coast Bin Co. bins while the bins are at their location. Customer accepts responsibility for all loss or damage to the bins. If bins are damaged or lost while in the customer's possession, the customer will be obligated to pay the full retail replacement value of $15.00 per damaged or lost bin. Condition of all bins will be noted at time of delivery.
2. Customer acknowledges that they have care, custody, and control of Gulf Coast Bin Co. dollies while the dollies are at their location. Customer accepts responsibility for all loss or damage to the dollies. If dollies are damaged or lost while in the customer's possession, the customer will be obligated to pay the full retail replacement value of $75.00 per dolly.
3. Customer acknowledges that they are responsible for returning bins and dollies in a clean condition, free from stickers, residue, liquids, food, or soil. If bins are returned in unsatisfactory condition, a $50.00 cleaning fee will be applied.
4. Customer acknowledges that they have sole responsibility to be present for scheduled delivery and pickup appointments. If the customer does not provide at least 48 hours notice to reschedule, a $50.00 rescheduling fee may be applied.
5. Customer acknowledges that they are responsible for having bins and dollies ready for pickup by the agreed-upon return date. For each additional week that bins are not returned, the standard weekly extension fee for the customer's selected package will be charged. If bins are not returned after 30 days and no communication has been made to extend the rental, Gulf Coast Bin Co. will assume the customer wishes to purchase the bins and will charge the full replacement value. Extension pricing for dollies is $10.00 per week per dolly.
6. Customer acknowledges that their payment method will be kept on file for the duration of the rental agreement. Customer authorizes Gulf Coast Bin Co. to charge any amounts associated with the above terms and conditions.
7. Customer grants Gulf Coast Bin Co. the right to enter the property at the delivery address and the pickup address to deliver and retrieve equipment at the specified time. Customer shall only release equipment to a Gulf Coast Bin Co. employee or authorized representative.
8. Customer agrees to keep equipment in their custody and not to sublease, rent, or sell the equipment. Equipment remains the property of Gulf Coast Bin Co. at all times.
9. In the event that no one is available to accept delivery at the agreed-upon time, a $50.00 re-delivery fee will be charged. If a safe drop arrangement was pre-agreed in writing, this fee is waived.
10. Indemnification. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Gulf Coast Bin Co., its officers, agents, and employees harmless from and against all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, for any injuries or property damage occurring from or connected with the customer's possession, use, and return of the rental equipment.
11. Warranty. Gulf Coast Bin Co. warrants that the rental equipment will be in good working order on the effective date of the rental. Our obligation is limited to repair or replacement of equipment that does not conform to this warranty.
12. Gulf Coast Bin Co. reserves the right to update these terms at any time. All previously confirmed rental agreements will be honored as agreed at the time of booking.

Terms for Email & Text Communications

1. Consent to Communications: By using our website and services, you agree to receive email and text communications from Gulf Coast Bin Co. LLC. These may include booking confirmations, pickup reminders, promotional offers, and service updates.
2. Opt-In: By submitting a booking request or contacting us, you grant us permission to send you service-related and marketing communications via the contact information provided.
3. Frequency: Communication frequency varies based on your rental activity and preferences. We strive to keep communications relevant and minimal.
4. Unsubscribe: Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe option. To opt out of text messages, reply STOP at any time. Transactional messages related to active rentals may still be sent.
